I've uploaded the photos from today to picasa.
One of the things that I found interesting about this race was that they had 3,000 (I may be remembering this number incorrectly since it was the crack ass of dawn, and I just wanted to hurl something at the perky announcer) virtual runners. At the finish line listening at how many miles (about 90 million) that has been logged in the last two years. What's most interesting about this is that when Regan finished her race, she was cursing the Nike run kit. She said that it was telling her that she had run 3 miles more than she actually had! This sucks for her because she was relying on the kit for her training. Which means that she wasn't running far enough on her long runs. It also has me wondering if all the kits are off? And if so, how many of the 90 million miles was over estimated?
